The communication from our host Paulo was great. We loved the location, ease of access, loads of space, and kid friendly supplies (crib, baby bath, high chair). Unit was exactly as pictured but felt even bigger. My daughter loved the closed in balcony off the master bedroom. AC worked well unlike some other places we've stayed. It's location made it super easy to drive to and drive out to anywhere on the island.

Beautiful apartment for a comfy stay

The apartment was just beautiful! It had everything you might need, the rooms were amazing, I loved the decor and very well serviced with tableware and kitchen essentials. Excellent location as well, very central with lots of parking.

The bathroom had no ventilation so quite stuffy after one shower. Having one would improve the experience a lot!

I lovely place in a great location

The decor was very pretty. The enclosed porch off the bedroom was especially nice. There were lots of towels, including beach towels to take to the hot pots. Easy walking distance to town and a wonderful restaurant nearby.

we got caught in the rain and it would have been handy for the washing machine to have a drying cycle. we were able to dry clothes on the sunny porch, though which helped.

Beautiful apartment with balcony

First of all Paulo the host was amazing! He explained very well and guided us well for the check in. The accommodation was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. it’s close enough to the city center Ponta Delgada. Very clean and spacious. it was also provided with some tips for traveling in Sao Miguel

Helpful -

The apartment was very central . Marta and Paulo were very gracious . Everything we needed was there and even when we locked ourselves out , they came in 10 minutes to bail us out .

Perfect for a holiday with friends - comfortable, spacious and warm - and with great hosts as well!

The apartment was exactly what we needed! Spacious, comfortable, well equipped. In fact, it is those little details (salt, tea, hand soap, etc.) that we appreciated very much. All three of us loved out rooms, the beds were super comfortable and overall, we had everything we could possibly wished for! On top, the host was very friendly and supported us with additional suggestions and recommendations during our time in Ponta Delgada. It was great for our 3 days stay, but it would definitely do for a much longer stay as well!

Superb

Cleanliness, very complete kitchen and laundry service, beautiful decoration and TV with many different channels

Doesn’t has elevator and it’s a 3rd floor (we had a child and sometimes it would be great to take her stroller up and we couldn’t unless we woken her up)
