Walkable to center. Decent parking options. Could cook in and breakfast was great with friendly helpful staff. Very accommodating. Close to a gym with drop in. I’d go back.

We spent 4 nights at the guesthouse and we really felt as at home. Leonardo and the staff were very welcoming and helpful whenever we did anything. We stayed in the family room/flat which is big enough for 4, with confortable and big beds. Daily cleaning, very good breakfast served in the patio and small kitchen in the flat to prepare easy meals.
The guesthouse is very close to the center of Ponta Delgada, easily reachable by foot.
Free of cost parking in the street and in the nearby ones, though not always easy to find a place at first.
Being very closed to the airport, the noise can be pretty loud when flights are passing.
Ear plugs are provided.

I loved the owners and the staff was incredible. Such a homey feeling. Each room has its own air con. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
There is one bathroom for the shared bathroom rooms.

As I came late at night, the instructions given by the property were really useful.
My room was pleasant but had no bathroom.
The use of a common bathroom on a floor below was not convenient althoigh i knew it.
