Our stay was really great. It’s only a quick taxi ride from the airport, the hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the AC control, as it was very humid outside. Breakfast was also great with plenty of hot and cold options. The pool is a perfect place to cool off after walking around in the heat and humidity. Plus, the pizza place down the block is incredible!
We really did not have anything we didn’t like about this hotel. If we had to nit pick, extra hooks for our towels in the bathroom would be helpful.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! The reception staff, Pedro and Carlos, went out of their way for us. They were so helpful and kind.

Great hotel in central Ponta Delgada. The breakfast is lovely. I didn’t use the underground parking but the nearby free parking worked well.

Central location. Nice building.
In the room, the safe didn’t lock and had a hole where the lock should be.
There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room, just some water in the fridge (which said it was chargeable).
No full length mirror.
