The central location, breakfast, staff was courteous, hotel was quiet. Easy to get to by Uber. Perfect location to explore downtown Ponta del gada.
The reception guy sniffling and coughing at the front desk and while walking around the hotel. TV was too small.

Great location in the center of Ponta Delgado. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. 24/7 concierge staff who are super friendly. Clean, nice rooms that were spacious considering we were in the middle of the city.

The position of the hotel is ideal.
The staff was kind and helpful.
Didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight, we were able to have a coffee before leaving.
The hotel has it's years... you notice it immediatly from the furniture and other details, especially once you get in the room and bathroom.
The mattress was really small.
