Reasonable, clean and a very nice staff. Also we loved the botanical garden, literally right next door.

Room size was big for a hostel and really clean, quiet and secure parking!
Hard to find as the adress on booking wasn’t leading us for he good place, once we found it it was okay but hard to find. Breakfast was lacking.

The staff were very helpful
There was nowhere to put your clothes or toiletries while showering to keep them dry on the inside or outside of the showers. A simple bench would have made all the difference

Good value for money, breakfast is included, clean and bright rooms. It's a beautiful large historical building.
It is very noisy as the building is echoey. This can be an issue if other customers are coming back late and speak loudly in the corridors. The showers and toilet block was not very pleasant, as the lights were not working, but they were passably clean.
