Really great property. The apartment was extremely comfortable and Claudia was super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. The cleaning service was also excellent. Everything was clean, the fridge had the basics stocked (salt pepper) and there was coffee.
The bed was comfortable, ACs were great. Best part was the parking. To have a parking garage so centrally located in Ponta Delgado was a huge perk. The streets are narrow so recommend getting a smaller car if possible.
Location of the apartment was also excellent, 8 minutes to the airport, walkable town, port and square.

Excellent stay for a group of six girlfriends. We had the largest family apartment with three separate bedrooms. LOVED the air conditioning for an August stay. The bathrooms were well equipped and one of my party was SO impressed that the hair dryer came with a diffuser. She said she's never had that during a stay ever :) Nice touches like coffee, water, and local Portuguese snacks. Cleaning came frequently but was never disruptive. Supplied beach towels, although we did not use them, and everything you would need for cooking. Our favorite part was the courtyard where we ate pizza one night and visited as a group. Would recommend to anyone!
The location was excellent, but as anyone visiting Portugal should be aware, there are hills! This apartment was located about a 10 minute walk (uphill) from the main square/harbor. Nothing too taxing if you are in average shape.

It was an apartment with hotel type amenities, with an easy walk to restaurants and the water!
There was no staff on property, even though there was an office by the front door. The parking is a GREAT perk, but the garage is a tight fit depending on the car.
