The accommodations were right in the heart of Ponta Delgada close to restaurants and groceries. The place itself was well appointed with plenty of space for my family which includes 4 adult children. It was super clean. Everything was as advertised.

Das Bett war uns zu schmal, das Bad und die Duschkabine recht beengt.

einfacher Check in, mit Hinweisen zu Parkplätzen.
kein Nachteil, nur Hinweis: aufgrund der Treppen für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht unbedingt geeignet

Location, good answer rate of the host, good check in instructions.
Smell of sheets and towels, floor was very used and broken, kitchen cupboards smelled moldy, shower was moldy, bed was very hard and uncomfortable. apartment was not as nice as presented on the pictures.
