It was very clean and modern. The location was excellent. We appreciated being near grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops and the iconic gates. The kitchen was reasonably well set up and supplied. We appreciated the late check-in and the fact that we could have left our suitcases for a few hours after we packed up if we wanted to walk around the city before heading to the airport.
It would be nice to have a little folding rack that we could put on the balcony to dry our swimsuits. The floor in the kitchen needs to be repaired. The lamps in the bedroom weren’t plugged in and we weren’t sure if there were enough plugs.

Nice spot! Best location, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. So many bars within minutes of walking. Easy to find parking at the marina too. Staff were very quick with responses. Loved the view from the patio upstairs. Had a great stay!
For five people (4 adults and a child) it was a smidge tight with the pull out bed in the living room. But that was really it, we had a great experience here.

We had a wonderful stay here for a week as a family of 5 With 3 kids. It was comfortable, and literally right in the heart of the city. The bars and restaurants were busy with FIFA fans cheering on our street. We were right in the middle of all the restaurants and marina and gift shops. It was perfect for us. The management responded quickly and handled any issues immediately. The kitchen set up and two bathrooms and two showers was perfect for us.
The entrance way had a musty damp smell which isn’t an issue for the condo. The street parking was a bit annoying to find every night but we were always able to find something along the marina or a few streets down. It is free parking on Sundays and free after 7pm until 8am the next day so it wasn’t a huge deal. Parking was less than 1 euro per hour.
