Almoço no restaurante. Limpeza.

Jacuzzi e banho turco avariados. Piscina não estava completamente cheia. Falta de simpatia e disponibilidade de 2 funcionárias. Misturador do duche com problemas. Falta de empregadas de limpeza. Falta de uma Smart TV. Pagamento antecipado.

Nice place for families, a little to expensive for what you get though. Food was basic.

good location with easy parking. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. good internet speeds.

Fitness center was very limited. Just some cardio devices and a very small set of weights. Was able to do a basic Calisthenics work out, but not much else. felt too expensive for the quality of the food and rooms.

We found the hotel perfect for a one night stop-over and it has great facilities. Not very central if you were staying l

Good range of facilities, friendly reception staff, spacious modern room. Great massage!

Couldn’t get the air con to work despite getting help with it. Wine bar staff weren’t very friendly. It is about 30 mins walk from main sights and restaurants.

Excellent hotel and base for a holiday exploring Sao Miguel.

Super hotel with big spacious rooms, with very comfortable beds. We were on the 6th floor so great views over the sea, and they put our teenage daughters next door which was perfect. Breakfast was fab (not quite enough vegan options for my husband/daughter but they could manage) and the hotel staff were really lovely. We loved the pool and sauna/jacuzzi. Short walk to the city centre and harbour area.

It would have been nice if they’d taken the roof off the outside part of the pool.

we had a great time

Hotel style is modern and cozy, staff is nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, sauna available for free, Hints: book with breakfast, it's exceptional, use the restaurant in the hotel for dinner, food is fantastic for a reasonable price; also: although parking in the hotel's neighborhood is for free, use the hotel parking garage for 6 euro/day (no stress to find a free parking spot)

Gym hours were very inconvenient and iron service was very different I couldn't iron anything on the spot you had to drop it off in the morning and get it in the afternoon.

A Gem of a Hotel

An absolute gem of a hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Everything about our stay was perfect. Beautiful rooms, great facilities and a short walk into the centre of Ponta Delgada for all the cafe's, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel food and drinks were reasonably priced and of exceptional quality. The bar staff were superb - recommending Azores gin and tonics and local beers to suit our tastes. In short - if you're looking at this hotel as an option, book it. You won't be disappointed.

A wonderful stay

I was here in December and it was great. Room was clean, big, light, and well-furnished. The beds in the twin room were very comfortable. The restaurant was also big and the breakfast was tasty and full of local products. The staff was kind and professional. The SPA was clean and nice and during a low season almost empty (I cannot imagine this place when the hotel is even half booked).

I have just a few recommendation for the hotel: - there should be some small simple coffee machine in each room to peeper a coffee or tea; even a kettle would be an option; - the Turkish bath didn’t work properly during my entire stay; - all plastic, artificial plants should just disappear from the hotel. They look terrible, especially in the contrast to Azores natures beauty and greenery. Additionally, when the day is sunny, in the whole lobby the terrible smell of the plastic appears.
