Location. Two pools and a spa. Also the bar for drinks and food if needed. Staff helpful and friendly. We didn’t mind wearing the swim hats in the indoor pool, unsure why this wasn’t the same for the outdoor pool.
Sofa beds aren’t very comfortable. The extractor fan in the kitchen area didn’t work.
Be careful when leaving the hotel as the pavements can be narrow (you get use to this).

Every thing was pleasant enough: the ladies in the spa were very customer focused> great for Pedicures. A few members of staff in the reception area were helpful some were brusqe (language barrier maybe?) cleaning staff pleasant and room (did have a balcony) was kept clean and the sheets changed daily. would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as the breakfast was only served 5 days a week, Tues / Weds closed, the usual breakfast buffet and plenty though the restuarant in the evening was closed for a month (no explanations) which we discovered the day after we arrived ! asked if there was any maps that we could either buy or look at to find resturants and other facilties in the town but informed the Government did not supply maps anymore ? finding places to eat was an experience as this was time consuming, fortunately we are savvy with map reading on our phones, signal ok, we only had week to explore, plus the weather was not good, taxis drivers surley and not helpful. Location was okay could walk to the harbour and local shops Booked a car and the driver (Pedro was splendid). to explore the island. Not looking to returning.
Over air conditoned for the weather this was air conditoned for very hot weather not for a rainy week in April could not describe this hotel or room cosy, reading room area with plenty of books left by visitors in all languages but far too cold to sit in and read. No able to control this other than in the bedroom.
