Our experience at this hotel was outstanding, thanks to the staff's kindness, professionalism, and dedication to excellence. Upon arrival, we were treated to a beautifully presented room with rose petals, fine wine, and exquisite desserts, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Very welcoming and the treats that were brought to our room when we first arrived, were a lovely surprise. Location is ideal, close to town and the harbour; all walkable. Excellent choice of food at the bar and the formal restaurant. Amazing cocktails too! Would definitely stay again

The staff was helpfull, the location was near a city center and the port. We used a parking service provided by the hotel. The indoor pool and sauna was good to use on a rainy afternoon. The only negative experience we had with housekeeping as they did provide clean towels or toiletries when used and we had to chase them from the reception.
