Very spacious and comfortable. Location was close to highways and grocery, but a little far from city center.
Bathrooms had an odd layout. Main bathroom was only a tub with a hand wand shower head. Property could use a little TLC

Het is een fijn huis op een hele gunstige locatie, op loopafstand van een supermarkt en dicht bij het vliegveld en het centrum.
Het contact met de verhuurder was zeer goed, ze reageerde heel snel op berichten en toen er even iets was met het huis is het heel snel en adequaat opgelost.
Leuke pingpongtafel op de verdieping en een groot overdekt terras en een fijne tuin.
Wij vonden de bedden erg hard, een bekend fenomeen in Portugal.

We were a group of 5 friends. House was spacious for all of us, very clean and well equiped in the interior, and the outdoor area is very convenient for barbacues and relaxing. Instructions to access and leave were clear, and the location is great, just a couple minutes drive to Ponta Delgada. Overall satisfied with my stay.
The morning we were leaving the apartment we had the gardener wake us up at 8am making noise while working. We would have appreciated that the hosts had informed us, it really felt like we were being forced to wake up to leave early.
