Great location and breakfast
Shame the pool was not available due to maintenance however I didn’t see any works being done

Everything was beyond our expectations!
The service from the hotel staff exceptional!
Our Double Room was really spacious and welcoming! We check in at Xmas day and a free Xmas cake was waiting for us!
The breakfast adequate and tasty.
The hotel bar/cafe is at a central spot of the town with low prices.
The hotel parking really helps.
The location couldn't be more central.
We check out at 04.30 and a huge breakfast bag was waiting for us.
Last but not least ... the room prices were really value for money!!!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, really close to good restaurants and all the main sights in Ponta Delgada are walking distance. The hotel also has a bar that sells drinks at a good price, which makes for a good chill evening.
The staff was super friendly, especially Sofia from the front desk who made sure we had a really good stay.

The location was good, beds were comfortable, it is affordable.
Very little space in the bathroom, no place for toiletries. the lighting is poor, the pool deck was not clean, it was covered in pigeon excrement. and the outdoor space off of the room had very uninviting furniture.
