Hotel centrally located. Very nice and big bedroom in an old house with very tall ceilings. We were leaving very early in the morning and they kindly prepared for us a breakfast to go bag on the evening before.

The location is perfect, the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean.
Not the best options for breakfast. I am allergic to lactose and I have let them known in advance. Nevertheless, there was not much to eat, not even a soya yoghurt. Also, one of the receptionists (a male) was definitely not in love with his job, to put it mildly. I don't think he has ever smiled to a customer in his life, he got visibly annoyed when i flagged that the access card for the hotel's main door was not working properly.

Love the spacious rooms, historic charm, and delicious breakfast. Staff was so helpful during our stay offering advice and helping us with anything we needed.
Parking can be tricky if you have a car. Ultimately once we figured out the area it wasn’t a huge issue. Public parking is very easy and there is plenty of space close by.

Beautiful converted building, very clean, Gabriela was wonderful. When she found out we couldn’t make Breakfast the last morning, they prepared us a bag with pre-made snacks (and catering for us being vegan too). Location was wonderful too, within a minute we were down at the marina, exploring the centre of Ponta Delgada.
