Pools and gym were good. Great breakfast.
Good location. Had live music one night. Bar staff excellent. Lots of help from front desk staff. Overall very pleased.
Need AC improvement in gym.

Property is well located and is about a 10 minute walk from the center. Streets are safe and quaint. Everything is close by. Car rental and many food options are a few minutes away. The property grounds are great, from the Japanese garden to the pool and the green and lush space surrounding it. It can be very peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and generous, especially when ordered as continental breakfast to the room. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The gym was underwhelming. A property of this size needs a better equipped gym.
Also the elevators are a bit slow.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The spa facilities are pampering. The breakfast is good, and the hotel staff is very kind and helpful.
Those who want to sleep well at night should look for another hotel.
The rooms of this hotel face a garden, and at 5:30 AM the garden filled with flocks of birds screeching and creating a horrifying noise. This means that at 5:30 AM you wake up to the screeching of birds. Like sleeping in a jungle
Later we were moved to another room, but it was no better, because it faces the courtyards of private houses where different types of poultry (probably geese or peacocks) are raised, which also create a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning.
In addition, the hotel is very bad at making its guests feel welcome. They charge money for every little thing, even a capsule of coffee. It's just shameful.
They also charge 9 euros per day for parking, even though there is plenty of free space in the parking lot. Please note that there are many free parking spaces in the streets near the hotel, so you do not have to use the hotel's parking lot and pay for it
