A wonderful stay right in the heart of Rovinj! The apartment is perfectly located, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. A special mention has to go to Miro, who was such a kind and wonderful host. Warm, thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. Honestly, the people are one of the reasons we keep coming back to Rovinj. Everyone is always so warm and kind, and Miro is a perfect example of that. Highly recommended, we would happily stay here again! 🤍

The room was nice spacious and clean, the bathroom was small but not an issue. The window wasn't closing properly but again no issue. The building is located in the center of the main attractions mainly walking distance to all. Many restaurants and cafes are around. Just keep in mind the stairs that leads to the room is very steep I haven't been in a place where the stairs are like that so it was very difficult to take my bag up/down if you are coming with a medium size one so take a note of that and there isn't anyone to help you as well. However, communicating with the owner was easy and quick so it was good. Overall good stay.

The owner was very kind to let us check in earlier and also to store our luggege after check out .
He recommended a seafood restaurant we did go to and it was amazing .
Not specifically anything we didn’t like .

The location in the centre of the old town is beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the wooden ceiling in the room was charming. We enjoyed the steep stairs but can imagine they would be tough for some visitors. Everything was clean.
The communication was frustrating (to be fair, the owner was away, which may account for this) - we had to ask for each piece of information (check-in info, key box code, WiFi password, check-out info) separately. The layout of the room was not terribly comfortable - fridge positioned in the wardrobe, so minimal hanging space and everything we did hang got very hot, no curtains in the windows (holes in the wall suggested there might once have been), no cushions on the hard wooden chairs, minimal bedding (sorry, but even at the height of summer it’s nice to offer more than a single sheet), seemingly one hair dryer for the entire house. It would have been helpful to have been informed of luggage transport services available - we figured it out in time for check-out but check-in was a bit stressful without it. More than one set of keys would have been useful. Boutique in the name of this property feels slightly misleading having stayed there. We still had a lovely time in Rovinj, but will stay elsewhere next time.
