Location, secure parking, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, silent air conditioning, nice pool.
Poor shade/broken parasols at pool, very noisy through the internal doors although quiet from outside, small thin bath towels, tea & coffee is not replenished and has to be purchased after 1st night (despite room cost remaining the same!)

What a beautiful, calm place to stay! Every detail was thought of. The rooms are simple and comfortable and with everything you need. The whole place is beautifully decorated, the gardens well-maintained and lovely to sit in. The pool was clean. The local area is so quiet - we have never slept so well in a hotel! And yet, there were some really really good restaurants nearby and a great beach. Having a parking spot was a bonus too. The breakfasts were good.

We stayed for two nights on arrival in Lisbon. Location is fantastic for a quieter and more chilled beach vibe experience versus downtown Lisbon, and great for exploring the western parts of Lisbon & surrounds. Room was spacious, clean and we loved reading on the balcony & feeling the sea so near. Shared spaces are beautifully decorated. On the more pricey end of room rates however was worthwhile for how chilled & relaxed we felt after our stay.
