Perfect stay for when you don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel

Although it was very basic, the basics were good (e.g. bed was comfortable, shower worked well, garden was well maintained). Also the communication with the management was fast and clear. Location was great. Just what I needed for a stay when you don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel.

It’s a bit quiet, and impersonal. Not very “warm”.

Przeziębienia z powodu moknięcia na deszczu, bo nie było informacji o tym jak się dostać do pokoju.

Pensjonat ładny i czysty w dobrym miejscu. Spokojnie i cicho.

Brak informacji o tym jak wejść do obiektu. Brak,maila, brak SMS. Na telefonie osoba słąbo mówiąca w j. angielskim. Jakość połączenia dodatkowo utrudniała rozmowę. ponad 30 min w deszczu pod drzwiami na zimnie. Okazało się, że złąpałem przeziębienie.

Amazing stay in Estoril

Great place to stay with lovely facilities close to the beach and public transport.

Rooms were slightly small but wasn’t an issue.

Niet je geld waard. Halve burn out opgelopen door personeel

The beach

To be honest; don’t book this hotel. The rooms are super small, you can’t even share it with one other person and be comfortable. There is no one in the hotel, the reception is always empty. Only cameras everywhere and a breakfast lady. You have different ladies; one is young and looks a bit Asian. She is super kind and nice. The other one we had a few days was older, Portugese. She was the rudest person we’ve ever witnessed in a hotel. Since this lady is the only person in the hotel she really gives the determining vibes in the whole hotel. The Second Lady just ruined it all and was super unkind… She forced me to eat something I was allergic to, just because she didn’t want to get something else that was supposed to be there, but they were out because an other guest just “took everything” (her words). When we wanted to store our luggage (which we were told is okay by our WhatsApp hotel contact info) she told us literally: “who who told you” “I don’t want you to put your dirty bags in the lounge” The breakfast was TERRIBLE! The breakfast lady (Portugese, older) did a terrible job and her dirty hands were all over the fruit that was supposed to be fresh. I actually got sick because she left it out so long and it smelled really bad like dirty hands. Also she blamed everything on her colleague “that was supposed to do everything the day before” Why not also work for your money and also do things yourself? She also told us everything is our fault and she is burned out because of the breakfast work. This is not something I want to hear when I finally have vacation, when working fulltime all year. This really isn’t appropriate. Also blaming everything on the guests is NOT normal.. The logistics here aren’t right, price-quality isn’t good and I was really unhappy here. I would never come back and hope you don’t make the mistake I did. Estoril is a bit boring and has a lot of cars. If you are a pedestrian this really isn’t an ideal place where you can relax.

Enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights.

Very close to rail station to get to Cascais. We had a car so we’re able to park just around the corner for free. We were lucky to have a small balcony with a view. Nice garden and outdoor area to have breakfast.

Location. So near the beach, train etc., spotlessly clean. Staff were super. Very helpful at all times. Any issues arising were dealt with straight away. Rooms compact but well designed.

Clean room, nice facilities.

We were in the ground floor, there was a lot of noise from the floor of the upper room, just by the people walking and being in the room. Room small, Breakfast not that nice.

Really nice place, comfortable beds, great location with shops and nice restaurants close by. The lock on the door caught me out, it's a touch panel.

Great location and common facilities.

The location is awesome, walking distance to everything. The common facilities are topnoch’, and the staff is awesome.

The room was very small; no facilities (coffee machine, fridge, etc) there except the shower, bathroom a bed and TV and air conditioning. No closet or room for luggage etc. But it’s new and very clean, so for shorter stay it’s ok.

Just perfect

This stay was the best I had in Portugal. It's more personal here like a house vibe. Shared yard and very cute lounge area that is so for breakfast. There is an honesty bar and coffee maker here too. Our room was stunning we got ungraded to the sea view room and it was so beautiful to wake up to the view each morning. It is an ideal location because it's right by the train for Lisbon or Cascais and just by the beach literally a few min walk. I explored the area the first few nights and found lovely places to eat then I went for dinner in Cascais a few nights too. The room is very modern and clean with a large bathroom ideal for couples. The TV also has Netflix so you can log in and watch anything in the comfy bed. The staff are so friendly texting to check everything was ok ón arrival and also allowing me to store my bags there until my flight out our last day. A wonderful week here. 10/10

We really loved that place ! To be honest I fell in love with every peace and corner because it feels like the owner were doing everything with a soul !🫶🏼 And this is so rare for hotels! We got the room on 1 floor with splendid view just on the ocean 😍 So I do recommend to book this room. And another corner of quietness and peacefulness is the lounge room!😍 I’d like to spent days there - so comfortable and nice for the eyes ) Everything was stylish and at the same time cozy, clean, comfortable. I really felt like I’m home at this place ! Thanks to the owner for such good place ) We will definitely come back and will stay again ❤️

P.S. The only thing that I wanted to add - slippers in the room😁

Very nice and clean room. Everything was working and bed was comfortable. Beautiful small house close to beach and train station.

Clean, comfortable, convenient stay.

Clean, well designed guesthouse. Comfortable bed, upgraded to a room with a nice ocean view and cute little balcony. Convenient location walking distance to beach.

No staff at hotel- all communication via WhatsApp. Room was quite small- fine for one person, but would have been very crowded with two. Hotel on busy road with school across the street, so quite noisy to sit on balcony.

Lovely cozy hotel with a gorgeous view, the location is perfect - 5 minutes to the train and the same to the ocean. Will definitely come back again!!

Good for a short stay

Clean, good WiFi, close to the beach, reasonable breakfast.

Paid parking in the area, noisy room, no kids but there were kids, stop light from outside flashing all night in the room, small bathroom.
