Location along the Francigena, setting within a farm, large room with a very nice en-suite, shared kitchen was very well equipped
Nothing- we were on foot , no car. We knew there was no dinner service. Perhaps deliver service was available but we made plans ahead to bring food to cook in shared kitchen

Serene, calm and friendly environment for a few days. The rooms are designed for comfort, privacy and relaxation. Our room had a little kitchen, a TV and sitting area and a jacuzzi! Perfect! The breakfast was great and Cindy is a very friendly and helpful host. It is not far to the coast and it was lovely to come back to such a peaceful and private place after a day at the sea. The woods around the farm are beautiful and cool in the heat of the day or great for an evening walk.
Our room was under the roof and in the current heat wave conditions it was very hot and stayed hot at night.
It is great that there is a fridge and kitchen so you can cook for yourself in the evenings. Maybe there could be more practical kitchen equipment available, such as a wooden spoon, cutting board or sharp knife.

.clean accomodation and comfortable bed
The rooms were clean and comfortable As it was Sunday and we were not prepared to have food with us and the householders did not offer even an egg we did not get an opportunity to use all the utilities to cook with
