Une vue splendide et au calme

une vue incroyable sur la mer , le calme , la petite plage nettoyer tout les jours. Personnel très gentil au petit soins . Bonne restauration par contre le restaurant ferme à 17 h00 . Il faut absolument un scooter pour aller en ville . Ou prendre un taxi (300 bath) Attention l‘accès au resort en scooter peu paraître compliqué pour les personnes qui ne sont pas à l’aise en 2 roues sinon ça va très bien .

Pas de climatisation, pas de coffre fort, mais ça nous a pas trop dérangé

Scammresort with no food

There was no food available after 18pm. And they don't allow to bring your own food. The staff are a bit rude, when I left I asked they if the can drive me to the top, as they were driving there. Their answer: no sorry . If you don't have a bike, forgot to come. Beach is tiny and they charge you 100bahts for seating. Avoid this place

Stor besvikelse på hela upplevelsen i föhållande till vårt tidigare besök.

Utsikten

Restaurangen stängde kl 17:00 vilket inte var angivet i informationen från booking. Man kunde få midddag i en box för att äta kall vid middagstid, men det saknades tallrikar, bestick, stolar och bord. I bookings information stod att bungalowen var utrustad med sitthörna och matplats. Det enda som fanns var 2 solstolar på terrassen och ett lågt bord. Det fanns extremt dåligt internet. Stranden var otroligt nedskräpad med plast och dessutom fylld med sjögräs och annat skräp. Personalen var extremt otrevlig och inte alls serviceinriktad. Vid avresan bad vi ägarinnan att beställa taxi till kl 08:00 och be någon hjälpa oss med väskorna till taxin. För att nå tillfartsvägen måste man klättra i mycket branta och långa trappor vilket vi inte klarade av. Taxin kom kl 08:00, men ingen kom för att bära väskorna. En anställd vi fick kontakt med påstod bestämt att han skulle komma kl 09:00 för att bära väskor! Vi bodde på denna resort för 8 år sedan och upplevde den då mycket positivt varför vi valde att komma tillbaka, ett beslut vi verkligen ångrar nu.

Un paradis

Nous y avons passé 6 jours et nous avons adoré. L'un des plus beaux endroits de l'île pour le snorkeling, et on y accède directement de la plage. Génial! Des bungalows, on a une superbe vue en surplomb de la mer. Les bungalows sont grands, très propres et confortables, avec un magnifique balcon. Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant ( merci Lin, Pomka et merci au jeune homme responsable du ménage). Le resto est très bon et les prix sont raisonnables. Il ferme malheureusement à 17:00 mais on peut y commander des mets pour emporter et manger sur notre balcon. La connexion internet est excellente. Des chaises de plage sont à la disposition des clients à l'ombre des palapas. Nous recommandons chaudememt le Aew Leuk Grand Hill!

-Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais la marée apporte des déchets dans la baie, ce qui rend l'expérience de la mer moins parfaite -Le petit paradis d'Aew Leuk est relativement isolé. Il faut rechercher la tranquillité pour s'y plaire, surtout si, comme nous, vous ne louez pas de moto. On peut marcher jusqu'à la ville en 30 minutes mais le dénivelé est important et les taxis sont chers.

Beautiful corner at Koh Tao

The view is wonderful Very calm, not touristy place Clean and comfy I think for families w kids is perfect, for the ones looking for 100% relaxation away from everything

There are only two restaurant options You need a car to explore restaurants/ bars The food is a bit more expensive than in other places The sea is a bit too strong on this side of the island Take a taxi's phone number so it's easier to get in and out whenever you want

It was very fun and I hope to go back next time I visit Thailand.

It was in a great location with the beach right next to you and the sea had lots of beautiful coral and fish and the food was very delicious and the shakes were superb.

The only thing I didn’t like about this amazing place was that were was no air conditioner so it got very hot but there were still 2 fans.

A quiet romantic place on a crowded island

Our Bungalow had a stunning direct sea view. The restaurant had good thai food. People are friendly. Room had refrigerator and water cooker. Owners struggle to keep beach clean

The restaurant was closed from 5 p.m. It is difficult to get to this resort, the streets are in bad shape., what makes it dangerous to go there by scooter. You need to walk many steep steps, so nothing for weak or handicaped persons. You need expensive taxis to get anywhere. Sea was rough

very nicely set bungalows surrounded by flowers and trees. huge terrace and beautiful view from the rooms. great beach facilities (sunbeds, shade, hammocks) there´s nothing around, you need a motobike

the beach could be cleaner. everyone coming to Thailand should try to use as little plastic as possible and set a good example. get a reusable cup for your shakes and coffees!

Nice stay

Good Location, beautiful views, tasty food and breakfast . Also very polite host! Good for snorkelling. Very small sharks are swimming also in the bay :)

Quite hot without climate. Beach is full of trash coming from the sea. They try to clean every day. This situation quite depends on the ocean currents. Better ask the very polite host before you book the stay.

Beautiful villa on a beautiful beach

The road to get to the property was not maintained at all. It is already steep and certain areas have deep trenches and pot holes which isn’t ideal in a scooter! We managed but it was quite an ordeal coming and going! we have been travelling around Thailand for 5 weeks from the north to the south and this was by far the worst! The restaurant food was a bit disappointing.

Old and dirty but stunning views and friendly staff

everything was very old and dirty. When we enter the room the bin was full of toilet paper from other guests. Under the bed it was very dirty and the bathroom was very old and not dlean at all. Ok it was not expensive but cleaning cost nothing. Also no AC available which we knew but it was very warm and only two old dirty fans.

Lovely bungalow in a very special spot.

The remoteness and peace. Tasty breakfast with good coffee. Gorgeous bay for swimming and snorkelling. The views from the room (more a bungalow really) and balcony is astounding. There is no need for air con - two fans and you can sleep with the sliding doors open (impossible for intruders to enter), and there are mosquito nets. Interesting furniture; a nice four poster bed with good linen. Spacious and clean bathroom with a beautiful view from the very private toilet. large fridge. Pom (owner or manager, not sure) is very responsive with communication beforehand.

1. No way to have tea or coffee in the afternoons (breakfast stops at 10:30)S Best would be a kettle in the room, but a general kettle of access to hot water in the breakfast/chill area right above the beach would be great too. (The closest tea or coffee spot is quite far away on a tricky road.) 2. The hotel cannot control this, but it might help to be aware beforehand of the high level of plastic pollution in the area, mainly blown in from the ocean. it might also come from the next-door abandoned properties.

Gorgeous view of the bay; fabulous swimming and coral. The couple who run it are wonderful and he makes the best omelette I’ve ever had. Rooms have great balconies, very spacious, comfortable bed, clean, good Wi-Fi.

Amazing location and views. Clean and spacious with a large veranda. Fan only due to limited electricity in the area which may put some people off, but there were 3 fans and with the doors and windows open and mosquito net down we found it okay.

It was a great place with an amazing sea view, beach and great staff.

The road to the place is not the best. Bring a lot of food if you are going to stay at this place the whole day, since shops and restaurants are on the main road.

Amazing place in one of the nicest locations of the island. The bay is perfect for snorkeling and the view from the Bungalow is simply breathtaking. Very friendly owners and lots of friendly pets (including the parrot Echo :)).

As Aow Leok is in a very secluded area, it's hard to reach. I would recommend to rent a scooter to be morr flexible (and get ready for an adventurous ride over a narrow dirt road to get to the place)

10/10 exceeded expectations

Honestly, one of my favourite stays in Thailand. Beautiful location, attentive staff and clean rooms! I loved leaving the doors wide open at night - breeze was beautiful and the sound of the waves was dreamy. On the plus side, this is family run and they were all wonderful, as their dogs! Absolutely incredible for price. Thank you for a great stay.

Just be weary if you're travelling with a scooter. I would suggest to not follow the signs and go straight down to park, and walk across the beach (5 mins at best). The road leading to the accomodation is more like a dirt track and quite difficult to drive through, especially in the dark!

The aow leuk grand hill is a beautiful stunning place to stay...the resort owned by we and pom has a special atmosphaere..located in a private bay...one of the best places i stood in all my travels...the bungalow on the cliffs is a little castle with an amazing terrace overlooking the bay ..the bathroom ..the best...best view ever from a toiltet...the stuff also..mister daeng and co..are so friendly and kind...and the restaurant best thai and western cuisine🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

The location Is top notch: a bit isolated from the craziness of the pier, on the other side of the island. The bungalows are great, big and spacious, there is no air conditioning but personally I like it. You sleep directly in front of the seafront . The restaurant is good, with good drinks and not too expensive, considering its the only one in the bay. Staff is helpful: we had a problem with some tiles in the bathroom that fell off during the night destroying a part of the WC. After breakfast situation was already solved, tiles changed and new WC. Great work
