Quiet village life with vineyards as far as your eyes can see; SPA area was nice, plenty of lounging chairs, both outside and inside pool super (in the inside pool you must wear a swimming cap which they provide as it is mineral water); breakfast options are wide and plentiful (though if it is busy, you really have to wave a waiter down to order an omelette); evening restaurant offers can become boring if you plan to stay here longer than 3-4 nights (Converso is rather a one night place, though good and recommended); Electrical bike rental available (self service and pre-book via Turicleta app)
Double bed is actually 2 twin beds joined together, but they don't hold together very well; Rooms facing the front yard (where the restaurants outside eating and drinking area is as well) can hear loud people even after midnight if they party too hard :) Though the hotel is situated next to the river, the access to it and picnic area next to it are really out of shape
