Staff was excellent. Location was wonderful. Room was clean and housekeeping was always doing a great job cleaning or making sure we got the supplies we needed during our stay. Washing machine was great to be able to wash clothes while there. Rooftop pool is currently at a shallow depth, but still fun. It’s a pool that can be lowered or raised. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

I paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. I was celebrating my husband's birthday on Friday June 12th. The reception asked what I was celebrating before arriving. My friends decided to take along as well since her birthday was on May 29th. When I arrived there was a piece of cake and balloon for my friend. She ended up with the bigger room since they put the balloon in side the larger suite even though she didn't pay. Then I go to the other room and ther3 is no TV and the bathroom is in the hallway which was not mentioned. No robes to walk back and forth. Then when it was my husband's birthday nothing was done. So I am not sure why it was done for one but not both. She was happy but I was a bit disappointed since nothing was done for the person that we were actually coming to celebrate in Spain. This is also the first time I stay outside of a brand hotel.

Location was excellent. My room had a kitchen and clothes washer. I could do our laundry. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay there again. The pool can be lowered to be deeper, but it is currently not working to make the depth change. The pool rests at about a foot and a half deep. Still perfect for tanning and cooling off.
