Ho apprezzato l'arredamento d'epoca che ben s'intona al borgo, ottima la pulizia, dotato di tutto il necessario.
La vista della camera e l'ampio spazio di tutte le stanze.
Unica nota dolente fastidiosi rumori provenienti dall'interno della struttura, assoluta maleducazione che alle 03.00 del mattino mi hanno svegliato di soprassalto facendomi passare il resto della notte in bianco. Non sono in grado di stabilirne l'esatta proveninza, credo dal terzo piano, quello PRIVATO, ma non posso esserne certo.

The location is great. Right at the entrance of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Tiny balcony but beautiful view. Quite authentic Nonna’s home. Right on the road. Not very trafficked and quiet.
We ate twice at the Elf restaurant and food was genuinely good. Coffee machine really good and plenty of capsules.
It’s true that at night it can get nice and cool but during the day we had 30 degrees and a fan would have been handy to get some air flow. Try to contact the host in regards but no answer. Downstairs apartment had plenty of breakfast snack. Upstairs none. We were two couples so no big deal we had breakfast downstairs.
This is our 4 accommodation out of 11 for our Italian trip. No welcoming wine or water as I read in other comments.🤷🏻♀️
