Staff were friendly, the food was good and it created a really social atmosphere which allowed guests to group up and head out together to get food, hike or drink (if they chose). The rooms were also clean and very good value for money. Plus you can walk to the Avatar mountain entrance gate.

The most incredible host/receptionist. She is right there to help you organize your excursions, always with a smile on!
Very cheerful, she helped me a lot.
The common area allows to meet other travellers and it’s pretty much close to east Gate of national park.
The street is also full of comodities : convenience stores, massages etc.
Also the cats + doggie are so cute !

Great location, super helpful staff that booked all my park stuff for me with maps and everything, free breakfast was yum. Great time!
When you shower it gets the toilet soaked, which is kinda awkward later if u need to use the restroom, but that’s just me being picky it’s not that bad

The shower pressure and temperature were fantastic!
The non-human animals (four cats and one dog) were wonderful co-hosts and companions.
The photos on the (stairwell) walls were interesting.
The shampoo smelled lovely, good quality toilet paper.
Ticket bookings were relatively smooth.
Heads-up: 5-minute DiDi (car) or 25-minute walk from National Park East Gate
Some of the staff would hit (and/or threaten to hit) the cats and dog (with hands, leash, sticks, etc). The dog is chained up (almost) all day and night; if they whimper or bark, staff hit them -- if you were chained up all day long and needed to pee/poop [or wanted to connect/play or protect] and wanted to communicate/ask for help, etc., you would whimper and talk too.. (maybe they could take the dog on more walks throughout the day or have designated play time?)
The towels were clean, but very hard/rough.
The rooms often smelled dusty (possibly from the connected recycling plant/area and/or nearby construction?)
Adding mesh screen on (some part of) windows would be good too, to open for fresh air without letting bugs in.
Vegetable dumplings with tofu and noodle-soup with tofu [either instead of, or as an alternative option to chicken-eggs] would be a more inclusive/even better option to consider for future guests to enjoy!
