All the noise outside I can hear it.
The TV was closed each 5 minutes .
I ask the receptionist it’s my BD can I have welcoming cake, they did not bring.

I was there 4 years ago and it was a massive drop in therms of services and costumer service and the hotel itself !
The location is so far from everywhere ! Lots of construction sites nearby and the weather in compare with other places in dubai more polluted! Service not good at all ! Quality of food so bad ! My son got severe food poison there ! Not a good management at all !!!!!!no one is responsible!
