Персонал очень отзывчивый! Расположение прекрасное, пешком можно всегда прогуляться по улочкам старого города! Вкусный ресторан и прекрасный бар на крыше отеля, который мы посетили к сожалению в последний день. В отеле 2 раз, вернёмся обязательно ещё раз.

Overall, everything was nice and definitely I will come back.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Tbilisi. Nina was helpful at check in, and the room was exactly like on the website. Room was clean with a lot of light during day. Location is great, everything just few minutes walking distance from the hotel. I also enjoyed the food at their restaurant; Luca and Nina were amazing thank you everyone. The sky bar was a plus and it is a nice place to relax.

I observed that they are many dogs outside the hotel and it was a bit noisy, however, I noticed there are many dogs on the streets in the city too.

Our stay was really enjoyable because of the kindness and help of the reception staff and the general comfortable nature

The location of the hotel is excellent as only a short walk away from downtown Tbilisi. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and had a nice atmosphere throughout. The staff on reception were excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Unfortunately the Sky Lounge, which could have been very pleasant to sit in and have a drink, was full of smokers. Disappointing as it has great views of the city at night.

Highly recommended

The whole experience was close to perfection. The staff is very professional. The room is large, big bathroom with nice amenities. The breakfast is various and very well cooked.

The staff was very professional. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices.

The background music for breakfast was too loud. But the staff lowered the volume when asked.

It was great:)

The staff helped me a lot. Even I arrived the hotel very early in the morning before check-in time, they arranged me a temporary room for resting. That is quite generous.

Great location and the hotel offered the comfort, security and facilities of a premium hotel

It was as you would expect and offered a huge range of food items, but relatively expensive if you are a light eater.

Very friendly staff and great location made this a very enjoyable stay.

Great buffet breakfast with the option for excellent omelettes. Location is very close to the old town and within easy walking distance. Located near a busy road so look for a room to the rear of the hotel. Great restaurant and roof top bar.

Central, Comfortable, Welcoming.

A very central location! Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable facilities. Nice view from the roof bar. Most likely will stay here next time as well.

Flew in at night, the reception was expecting me, so I could quickly go up and prepare for an early leave again. Have good breakfast, store bags.
