Perfectly situated to the Old Town and local attractions. Rooms are clean and tidy and the reception staff are helpful.
The rooftop restaurant is overrated - Food was disappointing and overpriced, waiting staff lack responsibility for taking the correct order and could improve on thier hospitality skills. I'd suggest eating elsewhere - however if you just after the view and a drink, it's a great location. - Note on my visit the indoor glass mezzanine area is closed.

Hotel is nice, excellent location, good value for money, good breakfast
We were going out of Tbilisi but need to come after 2 days, we tried to book a room but it was not possible via booking, so we contacted reception for same , they explained that reservation system not working but they ll come back to us…we asked few times during 2 days but no one could answer and no one come back to us, so we had to book another hotel. Also we noticed that staff at reception not always available

On arrival we got a free of charge early check in which was amazing. The bell boys were very kind and professional. The room was clean and the housekeeping was great.
The room was very little, the balcony is nice size. We stayed for three nights, and every night I was woken by cigarettes smell coming from the air-condition which was very unpleasant. The reception staff was not very polite, as well as the restaurant staff.
