Потрясающая локация!!!! Вид просто великолепный!!! Персонал очень вежливый ,говорят на нескольких языках. Уборка каждый день!! В номере чайник, бутылочки с водой, чай зелёный и чёрный, кофе..Внизу ресторан Терраса 21 где готовят отличный завтрак, а так же можно обедать и ужинать!! Очень рекомендую этот отель !! НЕ пожалеете Amazing location!!!! The view is simply magnificent!!! The staff is very polite and speaks several languages. Cleaning every day!! In the room there is a kettle, bottles of water, green and black tea, coffee... Downstairs is the Terrace 21 restaurant where they serve an excellent breakfast, and you can also have lunch and dinner!! Highly recommend this hotel!! You will not regret

Location of the Hotel is excellent, the Room was not as shown in the Pictures, Breakfast was not so good. The best thing in the hotel the hospitality of the Reception staff Tika & Ana

The room was large and bright. Receptionists were friendly.

We had booked a room with a large double bed, but the hotel provided two separate single beds with bad mattresses right next to each other. There was a blood stain on the sheet of one of the beds, which had been hidden by moving the beds closer together. The view from the balcony was closed and facing the wall. The breakfast was simple and the variety of food was small.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old city, where you can have a great walk. The staff, especially Anna, who worked at the reception, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this great hotel.

The hotel is clean , very close to the center the staff is amazing and really polite.

we had a problem first with the one of the rooms kt smelled weird but the manager helped us with it and changed the rooms.

The carpets were dirty . Also, breakfast was at 8.30 which was too late as I was working and needed it a lot earlier. There was no flexibility on this..

It was nice but I would choose somewhere else to stay next time.

I liked the central location in old town Tbilisi. It was also easy to book excursions around the corner. I liked the included breakfast each morning. It was nice to be out at night and have a short walk back to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean.

I didn’t like that it was a bit loud especially on the weekend. I had a balcony room and could hear beeping, fireworks, and dogs barking. It was quieter during the week.

Just remember the name "Hotel Aivani Old Tbilisi” for the best place to stay in Tbilisi. I stayed for 1 day. Light, airy and very spacious... very welcoming atmosphere, comfortable and well equipped. A lot of food points, cafes and restaurants nearby yet, no loud noises to disturb you. Nicest staff, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of old Tbilisi. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel to tourists who want to fill the Georgian spirit, relax and have fun. Definitely going back to this place on my next trip!!!

A beautiful blend of old and new

We were looking for a hotel with a family room and this property offered that. It has an excellent location in the old town close to all the attractions, right opposite to the sulphur baths as well as looking onto the Meteki Church. If you are lucky to get a river facing room with a balcony, its amazing to watch the world go by while you sit on the balcony. Its a historical property which has been renovated and hence provides the modern amenities, yet maintains the old world charm. Buffet breakfast is provided at the restaurant next door which offers a very good spread of hot and cold servings. Last but not the least, staff are extremely helpful

The pillows need upgrading.
