The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Tbilisi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good selection to start the day.
The overall experience was good, but the staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent – the coffee and cups were not replenished every day, and on one occasion fresh towels were forgotten. Small details like these would make the stay even better.

Nice & friendly staff
The hotel is indeed close to the main attractions of the old town, as mentioned in the reviews. However, it’s located on a hill, which makes walking to and from the hotel a bit challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
Unfortunately, I had to change rooms because ants appeared overnight around a cup of coffee and on my bed (attached fotos). However, even in the new room, the problem persisted – ants showed up again after I took a shower.
Breakfast was quite basic and repetitive — the same items every day — so I decided not to go for the last two mornings.
In a new room I had only one towel, used shower gel, and uncleaned room after “room service”
