Nyoman is the perfect host, always available and has great suggestions for different excursions. It is on a quiet side street and you have the choice of AC or fan. His breakfast is delicious.

Nice clean room, and very good location in the middle of Ubud and close to shops and restaurants.
Also, the host and his daughter are super nice and made me good breakfast everyday.

This is a hidden gem in Ubud. It’s so close to everything you need by walk. The family that owns it is very sweet, kind and respectful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly for working. The terrace was amazing too. The breakfast was different every day, it was always delicious and prepared with love. The breakfast is served at the top floor of the house so the view is incredible. The energy there was amazing and I ended up staying much longer than planned. There is a restaurant 1 minute walk, laundry service 2 minutes walk, super arket 5 mins, no problem to find everything you need. The owner also offers amazing tours around Ubud, or even further - everything for good prices. I recommend this place so much :) thank you for everything.

The location is good, the host is polite, breakfasts are tasty, and the view from the kitchen is lovely.
However, it was uncomfortable that the windows faced directly onto the guest walkway, so the curtains had to stay closed all the time — it felt a bit like living in a cave. There’s no comfortable outdoor area to sit and relax, and although eating in the room is not allowed, there’s no proper place to eat — just a few chairs and a low table cluttered with brochures.
