The location was great! Bed comfortable they also have a nice pool , enough space in the room.
Good price for everything that you get
As Asia standards, there is no hot water in the shower. Weird bathroom.

Really good location in the centre of Ubud. I particularly liked the little pathway through the garden from the street to the guesthouse. Very helpful staff with organising trips, transport anything really. good value for money, just have realistic expectations for the price :)
There is a dog at the property who barks at new guests for the first time. He’s harmless but for people who are afraid of dogs this may be useful info.

Location was good, easy to check in and out.
We were in a room that was like a prison cell. No natural light would enter. I noticed some of the other reviews have said this about this particular room and unfortunately we experienced that. Other rooms also had a balcony and table area, ours did not. Also only met someone who worked there during check in and no one was around after that.
