We booked a Deluxe Rm & King Deluxe Rm. Both were exactly as the pictures. Our host was welcoming. As a traveller these are the things I look for. Comortable bed, clean/quiet/light/airy room, AC works well, Shower has shelves for toiletries, hot water for a shower, demister working in bathroom, nice pool. When I was looking at reviews I couldn't see any which included this information so I am putting in to help other travellers. Our stay included all of the above. We could buy big bottles of water for 10,000 IRP and also softdrink and bintang for sitting by the pool which was great. Just bear in mind this is a small family run business so not all the additional services if choosing to stay at a resort but perfect for what we wanted. In the heart of Ubud down a beautful laneway out of the noise and lovely surroundings to wake up to every morning.
There was nothing we didn't like. We didn't have a bath mat, I also needed a low pillow and our host were very willing to accommodate us and provided both. The only tip for the owners, it would be good to provide a handtowel and pool towel. Also to change the towels every 2nd day. (Please be aware that the bottom step is very high. Another little stone step at the bottom could be helpful to future travellers as the tiles are shiny and slippery and it is easy to trip) On Booking.com it says breakfast is available for 35,000 extra, however we were advised Breakfast was not available so this just needs to be updated. There are plenty of places that serve breakfast so again this didn't detract from our stay.

Perfect!
Lovely place to stay, big bed, great air con, perfect location, nice and clean with a lovely shower. Staff were so lovely and helpful, getting us booked on different tours and even allowing us to have a late check out.

location is excellent.
No privacy on the balcony so didn't really sit outside.
The bathroom sink was in fact an ugly big kitchen stainless steel sink. Awful to look at and completely misplaced. Functional yes. Aesthetically pleasing, no.
