This guesthouse was cleaner than most 4-star hotels. Absolutely spotless!! The owners were so kind and friendly; actually everyone in this small town was friendly.
One of my sisters did not like not having air conditioning in the rooms, but we knew that before I booked. The weather and temps were so mild it didn't make a big difference to the rest of us. This is why we extended our stay for two additional nights.

Location and easiness to use the facilities. Very practical, and so close to the beach and restaurants.
The fact that there's no air conditioning available and it's not explicitly informed in the details of the room or hotel. And the shower should be bigger, if you're larger than average, you will struggle to shower even when the bathroom had enough room for a larger one.

Free parking.
Difficult to find and access. An on line photo of the Block/location and the door entry/keypad would have been very helpful. Single beds were very short and narrow.
