A small gem near the lakes

The place is perfect to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park since it's just a 10 minutes drive from it, and to have a nice relaxing vacation in the hills/mountains. It was chilly in August, which was refreshing after a few days spent in the hot weather on the coast.

Beautiful Place to Visit

Very nice environment and clean & big room. We had swing and slides so kids could enjoy. Also, we could use BBQ and it was fun to do it. Only 10-15 min drive from Plitvice Lake.

If we had hair drier, it would be better with that price. I know it is a peak season but the price is a little too expensive. However, overall we liked the guest house.

I will recommend this place.

It’s quiet and very natural. We can even hang laundry outside. The staff is very helpful.

The location is a bit remote, but we drove there, so it’s not a big problem to us.

Lovely, friendly place with a great view

Great view, calm and close to the entrance of the National Park. Lovely garden and friendly people. We enjoyed our time there.

Peaceful Hideaway

We loved the location. The property is at the end of a private road, very close to Veliki Slap (Great Waterfall), which is less popular than the main tourist attractions, and the property has a wonderful rural escape vibe to it, complete with farm dogs, working barns, and a generous outdoor space for hanging out to enjoy the views and or cool up some BBQ on the grill. The host, Mirko, was an absolute pleasure who welcomed us with a warmth that has stayed with us in our travels.

Hosts (owner and his daughter) were wonderful! My room was beautiful, modern, cosy, and exceptionally clean! Quiet and relaxing green environment. It has everything you will need... plenty of towels, kettler and tea, air-conditioner, kitchen and bathroom utensils. Also, plenty of space for your baggage. Thank you for your hospitality! 💓

As I came by bus, hosts were so kind to buy what I needed in the shop, and also to give me a lift to the bus stop. It's a bit far to walk there with baggage.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The accommodation is on the top of a hill, so the nature is very calm. Mirko was very helpful. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, I wrote him whether it would be possible to get one, and next day, he left a hairdryer at the door. So, it is a big positive point!!!!!

Perfect place

Owner is very friendly, the place is beautiful. It's very close to the parks but around the house you can also make beautiful hikes. There is a big fireplace/grill you can use.

Very good

The place was very clean and furnished, the house is set up nicely with a view on the canyon. Quiet and comfortable, I slept very well. It's about 5-10 min away by car from the side entrance to the park, maybe 10-15 min to the main one.

There is a great BBQ area with comfortable garden chairs, however the owner wasn't able to supply us with basic utensils and cooking equipment (knifes, cutting boards, pots...). Other than that, the landlord was very kind and even set up the fire for the BBQ for us.

Good place to reach the Plitvice waterfalls

Big spacious room, generally clean, good position to reach the Plitvice park.

The host never showed up to show us the room and eventually collect our questions/requests, the room was equipped with a fridge but not enough cuttlery nor plates to handle a cold meal or a normal breakfast. There was nothing available to wash the three cups and two teaspoons. Not enough instant coffee nor tea for the whole stay.

Everything was great, mirco was very nice and helpful. Big cozy room and shower with hot water constantly. Good kitchen and cooking equipment. Big yard outside to sit and relax.

The room was clean, spacious and we felt comfortable . Unfortunatly we had to wait 30min until someone came to show us in, even though we informed about our arriving time.

Plitvicka prespavacka

Our stay was only for 1 night before visiting Plitvice Lakes. Accommodation is quiet, located on top of a mountain with amazing views, about 15 minutes by car from Plitvice Lakes. Miro is a very cordial host and wonderfully helpful in planning the ideal route in Plitvice. Everything was clean.

The only detail we are not OK with are the quilts on the double beds. We can not sleep under the common 🤷‍♀️ But that does not detract from the rating.

- Amazingly clean - Friendly and very responsive host. - Very easy, fast and smooth check in. - Very comfortable. - Spacious, large modern bathroom and room. - A thoughtful, additional fridge that can come very handy. - Close (by car) to supermarket, afordable restaurants and to Plitvice Park Entrance 1. - A fair, affordable price. Would love to stay here again!
