Great location for visiting Newgrange and Knowth. We also visited The Mourne Mountains, Drogheda, Dublin, Mellifont Abbey and other sites in the area- great location and all places accessible with a hire car - we managed all of this in our 3 night stay ! There is a great restaurant in nearby Slane, also lots of choice for places to eat in Drogheda. The apartment was spacious, quiet, excellent value for money and ideally fitted our needs. Rob was a great host - would definitely recommend
Nothing! The apartment exactly met our needs ! The apartments are tucked away down a very private country road- suited us- tba the road has no lighting but is fine to navigate. The bathroom could possibly do with an upgrade, but it didn't bother us- shower was fine with plenty of hot water
