La collocazione rende questo posto unico. L’oste è come fosse il guardiano del borgo ed offre informazioni meglio di qualsiasi guida AI. In ogni racconto si sente l’amore per il territorio e la sua storia. Ci siamo trovati soli in un silenzio e pace irreali.
Una grande fortuna, un vero gioiello incastonato nella roccia. Colazione al bar come in un altra epoca, davvero consigliato.

La localita' e' molto carina. Si percepisce la pace del territorio circostante. Bellissima accoglienza, disponibilita' e gentilezza del proprietario , cosi come delle persone che collaborano con lui. Una vacanza sicuramente diversa dal solito, relax e pace, ma anche scoperta di luoghi suggestivi come Montefalco e il suo palio della "fuga del bove". Speriamo di tornarci .
Non una critica ma un' suggerimento: organizzare piu' animazione serale per coinvolgere I turisti cosi da evitare di andare sempre nei paesi limitrofi. E inserire l' aria condizionata negli appartamenti.

Our three-night stay was one of the absolute highlights of three weeks in Europe. The wonderfully historic space has been renovated with the modern conveniences you need, but the friendliness and hospitality of Roberto is what takes it to another level. For the free breakfast, you sit down in Roberto's shop and he brings you pastries, cheese, meat, bread, juice, coffee drinks made to order, and fresh fruit until you are full and satisfied. All this with such friendliness and good humor. It's a perfect place from which to start your day of exploring Umbria. The small ancient hill-top town of Montecchio is a great place for elevated views over the sublime countryside (see my picture from the kitchen window), and a relaxing stroll to start or end your day. A good place to stay, but also an experience my family will remember and talk about for a long time.
