Fantastic location, the food in the restaurant was plentiful and very tasty ( hats down to rhe chefs) ,
The air-conditioning was just crazy, the shower glass door was falling apart and the wellness would definitely need a refresh.

Room was nice, with tablet to manage everything. Room was clean.
Continuous rumour within the toilette. We had to ask twice for help. Problem not solved and we had to sleep with rumour. No solutions offered.
3 remote control for TV? Wasn't easy to have smart TV or similar for a luxury hotel? (Battery were dried, didn't they check?)
The jacuzzi button was Broken. Pool lifeguard says he informed facility manager without success. Same situation in some shower. If overcrowded no space enough in the changing room (mixed).
Parking fees 32€ per night. They said because booked via Booking. Asked for a free solution, they said there weren't (and they lied).
