If you travel with kids, they'll enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, playgrounds, and a mini club. The place is conveniently located close to the forest, for those who plan to hike. Nice selection of food. The personnel is on average very kind and polite.
You can park randomly within the premises, and at times it might be challenging to find something near your place. The apartment wasn't dirty, but there were a few spider webs here and there. The position of soap and shower gel was switched (shower gel next to the sink), and we couldn't find a way to switch them back ourselves. The space in the swimming pool lockers' room is very narrow and you can't move much when other people are around.

I love location, hotel itself is good, number one is near by restaurant.
First, i did not know, if "Platinum Apartments" are anywhere near another Platium facilities like Platinum Mountain Hote and Spa, Platinum Adults... So correct address with expanation that it is "Platinum Street" and all is good in reception, would be nice. From "apartment with sauna": I did not like constant noise of central air condition, been reception twice over the weekend, noone came to even check it. Being in ground floor means lot of noice from door (door closer). I also did not like split bed, which is truly separated after while. And sauna concept is very thin, I did not enjoy time there because of how small it is. Breakfast and reception in Easter weekend is nightmare :)
