Very friendly and professional reception staff. Good location, fair price, and overall good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient.
The hotel is showing its age and no longer feels as well maintained as it did during previous stays. The pool was not particularly inviting, with greenish water during my visit. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant area: service often felt uninterested and less attentive than expected, and the food quality was below what I remembered from earlier visits. Overall, the hotel has lost some of the atmosphere and standard it had in the past.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights on an Intrepid tour and then booked an extra night through booking.com. I moved to a lovely room on the 4th floor with a huge bed, a bath tub (such a luxury after a couple of weeks trekking) and it even had a private outdoor area.
After I checked out, the housekeeping staff found that I’d left my glasses in the room. A member of staff then drove them to the airport for me - in time to catch my flight (and wouldn’t accept any additional payment). I can’t thank everyone at the hotel enough for going above and beyond!

Great location
Pool was not clean, water was murky. The room had a sewage smell which made the stay unpleasant, and the shower didn’t drain properly.
