BIG ROOM AND IT HAS ACCESS TO MALL, CLUB LOUNGE IS NICE, STAFF FRIENDLY. LIVE MUSIC ON THE WEEKEND AND NICE RESTAURANTS.
WE WERE BIT DISSAPOINTED WITH CLUB LOUNGE CUSTMER SERVICE. THEY APPEARED SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE BUT THE SERVICE WAS NOT DELIVERED AND HAVING LACK OF KNOWLEGE OF STANDARD DRINKS AND FOOD SHOULD BE SERVED.
EXAMPLE; OUR CROISANT FORGOT TO BE DELIVERED AFTER BEING ORDERED, COFFEE LATTE SHOULD BE SERVED HOT INSTEAD JUST LUKE WARM, OUR LATE BREAKFAST HASH BROWN, BAKE BEANS, MUSHROOMS, ETC WAS SERVED COLD TWICE MORNING WITH COOKED SCRAMBLED EGGS. THEY SHOULD RE HEAT IT BEFORE ADDING THE EGGS. IT'S MINOR STUFF BUT WE EXPECTED TO HAVE 5 STARS SERVICE WHILE STAYING IN 5 STARS PRICE.

The location of the hotel is great, it is located in a mall and has its own access to the mall. Free parking is a bonus. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary there, the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The restaurant was very good, breakfast has a good variety and dinner was great also. Dinner is a buffet style, Friday night is seafood, Saturday night is Beef night. The mall is a great place to visit with so many restaurants and shops to look at. Would recommend this hotel because of its location.

This is my favourite hotel in Jakarta. Everything is good, the location, the staff, the room. Special mention for the breakfast which always has great Indian choices.
This time I was a bit disappointed while booking the room. I noticed that for a single person if I booked the room with twin beds, it is cheaper than booking the same room with 1 big bed. So I ended up as a single person in a twin bedded room. When I stayed earlier last year this was not the case. I just get a feeling that the hotel is trying to make an extra buck like this. Hopefully they change this policy.

Location is good and at the heart of city centre. I did not have any breakfast in the hotel
The gym and I was told there was no steam or sauna room.
