A ride was provided to and from Portamarin- some staff were pleasant (Teresa & evening waiter).
Location was far from town and services - there was no elevator and we had to navigate stairs in one building to retrieve our delivered luggage and then more stairs in another building to get to our room - there was minimal lighting in the evening when using the stairs which poses a safety issue - communication with staff was difficult when trying to arrange pickup - request ice - or ask questions - minimal choices available for continental breakfast

Clean, nice room with view of the river. Food was terrific!
Location. We didn’t get to see any of Portomarin as a result. No drive back to Camino route before 7am.

Staff picked up my family from Portomarine on very short notice, good value, clean bathrooms
3km outside Portomarine, which is fine because they’ll pick you up in the city after a long day of hiking, but not having WhatsApp made contacting them somewhat difficult since I was traveling without cellular data.

The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was functional and clean
Nothing much to like sorry, when we arrived there was a huge noisy party going on, which we weren’t able to shut out of our room. Restaurant did not open before 8.30 pm. Wifi did not work, we asked about it but just got a shoulder shrug .
