The owner's very kind. There's a beautiful terrace and the room was large and clean. The position is great to walk into Telavi, and there's free parking all around the guesthouse.

Плюсы:
- близость к центру,
- стоимость,,
- гостеприимные хозяева,
- красивый зеленый дворик с множеством цветов,
- на этаже кухонька со всем необходимым.
Минусы:
- текущая раковина в санузле, от которой все время на полу два ручья воды (при вселении нам выдали полотенчико, чтоб положить на пол, оно помогло, конечно),
- капающий кран в душе,
- неприятный запах в санузле (похоже, неправильно сделан слив),
- дверь в санузел надо регулировать, плохо открывается/закрывается, что ночью создает лишний шум.
Итого: цена-качество, наверное, норм, на 2 ночевки пойдет, но для более длительного проживания хочется большего комфорта.

очень красивый гостевой дом, много зелени и потрясающий вид на горы и алазанскую долину ) очень чистые и комфортные комнаты и безумно приветливые и заботливые хозяева !! обязательно вернусь именно сюда )) отличное расположение от местных достопримечательностей)

The hotel is near the center. The room was clean. They have a small but beautiful and cute yard.
It was cold in the room. We were cold all night and could not warm up.
