Staff are amazing and accomodating. Everyone very friendly. It was a nice change to stay somewhere that is in the countryside. Feels like an authentic experience. They are able to make food and drink just as you like.
Wasn't a bad thing, but no staff speak great english apart from desk manager and its quite spread out our room was a 5-10 minute walk from the dinner / pool / reception area.

Breakfast was very good! Choice of savory dish homemade and a buffet with homemade cakes + some fruits, yogurt, etc
The breakfast waitress was very nice, kind and very efficient
The property is pretty, there is a big parking, it's well maintained!
Some of the staff isn't very welcoming, feels a bit like you're bothering them which is a bit odd. The service at dinner is quite slow and disorganised but the food was very good.
The rooms are quite small (for a couple at least) and we were not staying in the trulli part of the domain sadly. The price seems expensive for the experience we had.

Amazing place, quite, relaxing, very good breakfast. Very nice. In my opinion you can go there if you have a rent car or something that cand drive you there.

surroundings, a kind lady at breakfast, and the shower.
Over all our years of traveling and reviewing different accommodations, this will be one of the poorer ratings, which is why a slightly longer comment is necessary. We usually dedicate quite a lot of time to booking accommodations and choose them carefully. On this trip through Apulia, booking this place was already questionable due to the negative reviews that had been written. However, the appealing photos and a seemingly functional pool convinced us to give it a chance. And yes, that was a mistake.
The location itself is secluded, which is generally not a problem, and upon arrival at the property, the first impression is positive. Olive trees, beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet… but the reality hits as soon as we have our first interaction at reception. If the man working there is not the owner, then the owners’ first move should be to replace him. As mentioned in several other reviews: arrogance, condescension, and unfriendliness. These are the words that best describe him.
Check-in is at 2:30 PM, and we arrived around 2:00 PM. We didn’t expect the room to be ready, only a place where we could wait. With the utmost arrogance, we were told that he was doing us a favor by allowing us to leave our luggage in front of the room, but that the room would not be ready before 2:30 PM. Fine, understandable. When we asked where we could find a restroom, the response was again arrogant: they do not have a restroom for outside guests. When we pointed out that we were not outside guests but guests of the hotel, the answer was again no—it was not available. We were told we could use the restroom once we got the room.
As for the room, we were assigned one in the newer section, about 250 meters from the reception, accessible via a gravel path. If you have wheeled luggage, you’ll have to carry it. In “our” room, number 22, which faces north, there isn’t a single chair, so sitting outside is not an option.
