Very enjoyable excellent

This hotel is excellent the position is perfect easy excess to beach wonderful views of the sea and lake the staff are so cheerful and helpful last but not least the rooms are excellent spotless clean and very good including a small but useful kitchen thank you Cassia for a wonderful holiday till next time

Würde es nicht noch einmal buchen, obwohl die Suite super war

Die Suite inkl. Separatem Schlafzimmer und Küche, zweietagig, wie eine kleine Wohnung, Lage am See mit Boot zum Strand

Auf Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet, Flure wie in einer Klinik, laut, wirkt kühl, viele Russen

Kein Zimmerservice trotz angeblichem 5 Sterne Hotel Reines Familienhotel ( sollte man kommunizieren ) Unsere Aussicht war eine absolute Unverschämtheit Siehe Foto Absolut überteuert.... NIE WIEDER

- beim Frühstück sehr laute Musik - Spielzimmer sehr dreckig, schimmel, Essensreste, stinkende stickige Luft - Zimmer 631 wirkt gross aber sehr eng aufgegeilt, Sofa dreckig und vieke flecken, Schublade in der Küche defekt, Zimmer sehr hellhörig - Neues Zimmer erhalten 132, zuerst mal sicher ca. 50 Mücken getötet, schlechte Lüftung, Tür klemmt man muss Gewalt anwenden, Zimmer sehr hellhörig Am Strand zu wenig Liege für die Gäste.

The best hotel for families I have been to in Thailand

Probably the best hotel for families I have ever been to. The rooms with kitchen are an excellent resource to cook food for the children, and the rooms are spacious enough not to feel too cramped. A nice pool with shallow waters offer the perfect play area for little children and the deeper pool does the same for us adults. Yes the space in the pool is limited, but the Cassia beach on the other side of the lagoon solves this problem. Rainy day? No problem, there is an indoor play area for the little ones. The staff is super-friendly and ready to help, and kudos to their breakfast cause they serve literally everything you could possibly desire from the first meal of the day. Absolutely fantastic!

The beds are super luxurious, pillows and duvets too. The free jetty water shuttle to the amazing beach is fab. The views are amazing.

I'm sorry to say full of quite rude Russians. The staff are super friendly but lack English so can't help much with recommendations or advice for surrounding areas. Prices within hotel are on the more expensive side but I guess due to location. Small draft beers start at 150 bht yet you can buy from their minimarket a big bottle 650ml for 110bht but you have to figure this out yourself. 😏

В этом бюджете отличный вариант для семей с детьми

Бронировали двухэтажный лофт с видом на море. Номер отличный, чистый, удобный. Самый большой плюс - это отсутствие влажности. До Кассии мы неделю жили в другом отеле, как бы выше классом, но намучились с влажной постелью, кондиционер там не справлялся. Поэтому когда в Кассии я смогла лечь в сухую кровать - это было счастье. Завтрак посредственный, без изысков, но вполне добротный. Персонал на ресепшн отзывчивый и компетентный, помогли забронировать экскурсию к слонам день в день по первой просьбе. Единственное замечание я бы сделала про чистоту на пляже. Когда паром высаживает гостей на пляж, сразу возле причала лежит какой-то мусор от стройки. Лично мне это каждый раз резало глаз. Сам паром ходит довольно часто, дольше 10 минут не ждали никогда, чаще быстрее. Утром на пляже было много людей, я такое не очень люблю и старалась приходить после обеда. Локация. Лагуна -самое модное и дорогое место на острове. В Порто де пхукет (пешком 15 минут или 5 минут на такси) шикарный супермаркет и фудкорт, абсолютно европейский. Около супермаркета приличная детская площадка. Там же Боат Авеню с магазинами и ресторанами. Есть хорошие массажные салоны. Напротив отеля красивое озеро с прогулочной зоной вокруг, вечером можно погулять. Для себя я сделала такой вывод. Если нужен номер с 2 спальнями и кухней - в этом бюджете вариант идеален. Если лететь без детей или с одним маленьким ребенком и готов спать с ним в одной кровати - можно поискать что-то более "лакшери" по атмосфере за эту цену.

Убрать мусор возле причала на пляже. В море на этом пляже живет кусачий планктон. Привыкаешь быстро, что тебя все время что-то пощипывает, но не очень приятно все равно.

Amazing place for a Thai getaway

Great hotel on many dimensions. Friendly staff, perfect location close to the beach (although you need to use a shuttle boat to get there across the lake) and to shopping and restaurant areas. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, feature a kitchenette and a balcony. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

Vista restaurant is clearly not the best Thai food in the area :)

Great hotel for family with nice relaxing vibe

Good vibes as soon as you walk in the reception area. Location is just a few minutes from Boat avenue by a free tuk-tuk provided by the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen a sofa separate from the bedroom. The views are stunning from the sea/lagoon view. A nice boat ride to the beach where you can also use the hotel sun-beds on the beach. Quick check in even though it was very busy. Breakfast was good, lots of food for busy breakfast times and 3 coffee machines. Small pool great for young children and has a bigger pool for adults and older kids. My second time at the hotel and will stay again. Mizda and Earn very friendly staff and helpful on reception. Thank you.

Lots of plastic toys left at the pool. The same pool man moved and tidied them everyday. Some of the plastic was broken and the trucks were rusty. They can be thrown away. I like that guests leave their buckets, spades and other toys but maybe they can be stored better around the pool.

A great place to stay with excellent amenities and great rooms.

Very modern and smart with extremely helpful staff and a great location.

The breakfast was plentiful but could have had a broader selection - the price was not appropriate for a budget traveler.

Good for young families

*on demand “Tuk Tuk” service (THB50) to/from Porto de Phuket; *friendly reception staff; *2 bedroom loft was spacious for a family of 3; *I never had to wait long for the hotel shuttle to other Laguna hotels.

*no toiletries in the room (bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste); *they clean your room every other day but on two occasions they hadn’t cleaned our room at 4pm and needed reminding; *they don’t have an activities desk to help book activities; *despite 90% of guests were young families, few activities targeted at them (only pool & playroom).

Exceptional

We were upgraded to a beach room with a swimming pool. It was so good I would pay the extra to ensure I got it again next time. Breakfasts were excellent but arrive before 8.30 to miss the rush because it could get crowded

There were not enough sun beds for everyone, so as usual people got up early to put their towels out, and then not using them for much of the time

Pleasant

The rooms were nice and have a little kitchen and separate bedroom. I had bith my teenagers sharing a room with me. The first room was too small for an extra bed and the staff (Khun Sarisa) was excellent with helping us to move to a bigger room. She was extremely friendly and helpful. There is enough parking space. Guests who do not have a car have the option of taking hotel Tuk Tuks to the nearest shopping area ( Boat Avenue)

Definitely too little cupboard space. Missed a couple of hooks for Towels. Hotel seems very popular for Russians as the hotel was 95% occupied by them. Breakfast room very noisy and staff was a bit overwhelmed with cleaning up the tables. Beach sunbeds were always blocked with towels and no one around to check if they were really used. Quite some of the service staff did not understand English which made communication a bit hard sometimes.

Great value for money and location was perfect.

loved the pool and the amount of space there was. kids tend to stay towards the other end and the bigger side was a lot quieter. great value for money for the location.

the inconsistencies with the breakfast and last of wi-fi connection. for the first 3 days there was just a pre-made egg station with lukewarm - cold eggs and plane omelettes. then the kitchen opened after that and you could get fresh hot eggs. but was hit and miss. There could be better ways to communicate events and things to do. There was an awesome fire dancing dinner/show at the hotel but we missed it because there wasn’t any notices put up.

Perfect for families

Very beautiful private beach in the trees with a lot of shadow, free sunbeds with towels. Beautiful view to the lake, nice territory. Connected pools. Clean. A lot of artificial lakes around. Every 10 minutes goes a boat to the beach.
