The location and the size of the rooms.
The view of A411 is nice. Beautiful sunset
The AC wasn't working very well. The staff did their best and offered alternative rooms.

it was modern. bath on the balcony was a nice touch
the shower door, we had to block it with a towel. the drain didn’t drain properly. i had to wash my hair over the bath because i couldn’t use the shower because the floor was soaking wet.
