Comfortable clean room with all the amenities we needed. The beds are super comfy! Helpful staff and overall great ambience. Excellent location.

The location and breakfast are two high points. A large buffet style breakfast with eggs etc cooked fresh how you like. The location is close to restaurants, bars and the foreshore. Lots of small supermarkets and ATMs are also nearby. The rooms are basic but clean and fresh. The beds and linens are of a good quality and staff are helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money for a cheap hotel.

The rooftop has amazing views but the pool is quite old and very shallow. The decor and deck need updating and no one seems to be manning the bar. But if you want to cool off on a hot day it will do the trick. The shower head was fixed to the wall but if you turn it on it sprays all over the place so you have to unattach it making it quite awkward to shower with it hanging in the bath.

The location is great. You can easily take a tuktuk to visit the main sites of Phnom Penh, in addition to lots of restaurants and cafes and shops around the hotel. The room was small but the bed was comfortable.

It's incredibly noisy if your window looks on the street because the room isn't soundproofed at all, so we were bothered by the traffic every night even with everything closed. Our room would need the painters to finish their work, especially in the bathroom where it doesn't look clean. The cleaning staff never came during our 4 days stay, so no emptying the trash, no refill of drinking water, etc. The AC blows air right on the bed, which never is a good idea... If you look from afar things look okay, but if you look into detail, you start to understand that things haven't really been thought through or kept in good state in the hotel. The pool is tiny and clearly the rooftop where you can use it, is not maintained. The sunbeds are old/stained, the unique umbrella available is impossible to open because it's broken, there's no staff to be seen around, it seems almost abandoned and the pigeons are there for it. The breakfast was not included but we tried it once: it was average. FYI the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but only a bar. I asked the reception staff if they could help me book a minivan ride to Sihanoukville for our onward trip. These guys ended up offering me to pay 14 dollars per person using their membership with a company I didn't know. I trusted them and when they showed me the receipt on their phone (I had to photograph it to then show it to our driver as virtual ticket), I saw they paid 20 dollars instead of 28. So they basically made me pay them 28 dollars in cash when they themselves actually paid 20 dollars on their app to book my tickets. I asked the reception staff if I could get our laundry back in time before leaving on our minivan, if I gave it to cleaning 24 hours before. They said "yes of course, 100% sure". But I only got it back right before getting on our vehicle on checkout day, and only because said vehicle was late for pickup.
