The property was in a great location to where we needed to be, it has amazing restaurants at walking distance.

The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The room had a fridge which was useful. Thankfully had a single bus 357 to catch into the City Centre which was great.
Didn't like the small bars of soap, would have liked some proper hand wash. Shower and toilet roll fittings were loose, but that did not bother us, just annoying that they don't check simple things. Would have liked a kettle. Had a coffee machine which we used to make tea, could not work out how to make coffee.
