Śniadania na ostatnim piętrze z widokiem na okolicę. Okolica cicha i spokojna, obok stacja, z której można w 15-20 min. dotrzeć do centrum. Apartament z aneksem kuchennym i lodówka. W Amsterdamie preferują płatność kartą, nie warto brać gotówki.
Hotel na stronie informuje o parkingu, ale ma ich aż 6 miejsc. Hotel obok ma ich więcej - na tym samym parkingu. Na ulicy można parkować w nocy do 9 za darmo. W pokoju bardzo zimno, łazienka piękna, ale zimno, nie ma grzejnika.

Mooi net appartement om op je gemak nog wat verder te werken en te ontspannen. Het is gemakkelijk parkeren in de buurt.
Het is niet de meest uitdagende omgeving. Noch heb je veel winkelmogelijkheden. Het ligt aan een drukke weg, maar daar heb je s'nachts niet te veel last van.

Taras widokowy na dachu, z możliwością zamówienia z restauracji. Bardzo blisko przystanek tramwajowy, i sprawny transport do centrum miasta. Dostępny parking na tyłach budynku.
Dostęp do dużego łóżka jest tylko z jednej strony. Osoba śpiąca "od ściany" musi się przedostawać przez osobą śpiącą z brzegu.

Lieu récent et moderne. A proximité des transports en communs.
Possibilité de se dépanner à l'épicerie vers la réception, et un restaurant au dernier étage.
A la réservation, avoir eu le choix entre deux studios différents sur photos/plans/tarifs et finalement recevoir l'autre qu'on n'avait pas choisi. A la réception, on m'annonce que les photos ne correspondent pas forcément à celle réservée.

what suprised me was that the rooms were only cleaned once a week same for coffee and tea, we only got "welcome one"then for another 4 days nothing.

El baño es amplio, los electrodomésticos funcionan perfectamente y tiene cocina de inducción. Buena limpieza y ubicación (hay una parada de tranvía al lado).
La cama, las almohadas y las sillas son de muy mala calidad, muy incómodas. Cuando la cama se baja de la pared, la mesa se queda debajo, entonces no puedes tener mesa y cama a la vez. Me parece caro para lo que es, aunque para un par de noches podría servir.

Friendly staff and great location for our visit to see a hockey tournament in the Wagener stadium. 20 minute walk along a quite canal path and also very close to the airport.
This was our 3rd time staying here so we like the location but noticeable how inflation has increased prices considerably over the years both for accommodation and public transport etc,

Very clean comfortable room, close to a tram stop so easy to get into town.
All the extras were very expensive, including laundry, bar, breakfast, extra coffee pods.

The studio apartments within the property were well designed.
The staff was mostly unhelpful bordering on rude at times and there were no room cleaning services offered during our stay. Also, despite wanting to check- in only two hours prior to their allotted time, they charged an additional 25 euros even though a room was already vacant. The basic necessities like salt, sugar isn’t provided in the kitchenette. Limited dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap are given which makes cleaning up difficult if one plans to cook and wash up thereafter.

The appartment itself was nice. The bed was comfortable.
I had an appartment on the ground floor. In the evening until around 1 am there was constant door banging on the floor just outside of my appartment, every 5-15 minutes. Doors were opened and fell close with loud bangs with people going up and down the floor, sometimes loud speaking. It was impossible to sleep. It started again around 4:30 am the following morning. I complained to the reception the following morning and was told that there is a gym and toilets just opposite my appartment door. I could hardly sleep that night and would not book it again.

De locatie was perfect; 12 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam (gewoon ideaal). Het personeel was super vriendelijk. De studio was voorzien van alle gemakken.
Het bed was oké, maar het bestond uit twee losse bedden en dat is niet lekker liggen met zijn tweeën.

Unica pecca della struttura la pulizia, le camere non vengono pulite giornalmente. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni senza alcuna pulizia nei seguenti giorni.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely, the room has everything you need for a city break stay and the location was ideal for a quick journey into the city centre. Why pay over the odds for worst accommodation in the city centre when you get better value for money at places like Cityden Zuidas?
Small things aren’t really worth mentioning. Our stay was excellent. As a gym-goer, it would be great if there were some heavier dumbbells; 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 45kg and 50kg. Another bench would be a great addition too. But this is nitpicking, the gym at Cityden Zuidas is much better than most hotel gyms.

Fijne mooi ingerichte studio (uitklapbare bank voor onze zoon) en voor ons een 2-persoonsbed. De tv in de wand kun je draaien zodat je tv kunt kijken op de bank of in bed.
Het restaurant waar we die avond lekker hebben gegeten en heel vriendelijk personeel.
Er kon gelukkig een raam open want de ruimte was voor ons te warm om te slapen ondanks dat we de verwarming uit hadden staan.

The wonderful lady at the reception (Virginie), made my stay at this wonderful place, exceptional. She welcomed me like the uncle she hasn't not seen for years. It was raining cats and dogs in AMS that day, freezing too but Virginie warmed my day!.
I couldn't extend my stay because the apartment was fully booked.

Au 3ieme jour, nous avions commandé le petit-déjeuner pour 8:30, et après multiples reclamation, il a été servi à 10:30.Nous avons raté un rendez vous important. A la réception, on nous a promis le remboursement du petit-déjeuner. J'ai écris à l'hôtel, sans réponses. Sympathique, mais pas sérieux
Heureusement, ce 17 aout, nous venons de recevoir un dédommagement financier....Merci beaucoup...Finalement, rien de spécial à reprocher

The light bulb in the dinertable lamp was loose, but een view twist and it worked again.
Breakfast (restaurant is corona-closed) you get in a bag, in the morning, go and get it, the time you give is yust a proposition and if you want the chicken ask cheese, because I asked chicken and got cheese. Say Cheese if you want chicken. For the discount price I got as genuis (booking), it was perfect.

Zimmer waren von der Größe in Ordnung. Bad war sehr schön. Einrichtung war aufeinander abgestimmt.

The rooms are large by European standards... In fact, large studios. It was extremely comfortible and everything you need is in the room / studio. Value for money is in my opinion, very good. It was a comfortible relaxing stay. The roof terrace is a great addition and the staff were super good. All round I love it so for me a 90%+. Anyone can book accomodation here with confidence. Thank you Team Cityden Zuidas Amsterdam!!!
There were a few bits which didn't work e.g. the ironing board was no in good stead... That said I didn't really need to iron as I travelled there by car and my bits were on hangers, so I didn't ask for it to be fixed, BUT I'm sure if I had to ask they would have seen to it immediately. The double story roof terrace is part closed (first level) and part open (top of building). The food is amazing and the vibe great, but it would be great to be able to be served and eat on the top open level, especailly when the weahter is as great as it was when I visited. Nevertheless, more than good enough in current state...

Everything, all staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Location is also good because we can arrive 10 minutes from Zuid station with the tram. Around the hotel there are a lot of nature, beautiful.
If possible, it's better for two room keys, because when one is out, the other couldn't leave the room.

The reception said there is a snack bite service, but the reality is NO. The staffs in the restaurant said they don’t provide snack bite anymore.

Very well located hotel. It is not in the centre so easy to reach by car, but in a quiet and peaceful area and next to the tram stop - in 20 minutes you reach the very centre. Hotel parking available. There is kitchen anex and about one kilometre from the hotel grocery shops. You may open windows and enjoy fresh air.
Broken window lock, air conditioner cannot be switched off (apparently this is the law in the Netherlands - this causes, fortunately a quiet, noise at night).
