It was clean, comfortable and the breakfasts were great. It had a pleasant view out from the public room over the canal and the lake. There was inside and outside public seating.
It wasn’t in the best location for us. We were misled by the description into thinking that it had easy access to the Bosbaan (we had come to watch the rowing). This turned out to be a ferry (rather than a bridge) which only ran at weekends so it was of limited use. We had to resort to Ubers more than we anticipated.

The water side, but we couldn't open any windows to the balcony. For safety they has to have one there.
The rooms need a window that can open from time to time
