Very bad experience.

Location is Ok. City. Parking behind is also Ok.

We are family of 7: father, mother, daughters of age 20, 18, 5 and two sons 8Y, 9 months. We came at new Year's eave and stayed 5 days, visiting Erciyes mountains. Breakfast is absolutely unacceptable! Very limited varieties of cheese and veggies. Does not matter when you come to the breakfast - all already consumed and not being replenished. Last day- no food for children (chocolate balls), Ok, we brought ours. Asked for milk- "all consumed, sorry", was the reply. Stuff able to communicate only via Google translate, still understanding very poor. Come to know, that can order scrambled eggs or omlete- by experience. This wasn't announced elsewhere. Suggestion to management is to exclude breakfast offer from hotel package, as this is shame to have it like this! SPA facilities are segregated for man and woman. This wasn't announced in advance. Kids allowed to SPA from age 6 only. Sweaming pool temperature is refreshing. Actually good after sauna, but too cool for kids. Shower traps are not maintained: all overflowing and you have to take shower with feets sink in dirty water. We were having douplex room, begging of January, outside temperature at night -7/-10. When turn heating on, second floor of the room- can't breathe already after 10 minutes and needs to switch off, while first floor - is very chill. Having 9 months baby have to wear wool socks. Room shower- same problem: sink traps not maintained, water overflow. Water stream flow in shower very weak. When did booking on BOOKING.COM,- specified that one room require to be with two single beds and extra bed for 8 year son. Another room requested with baby bed. Received confirmation on email that all will be ready for our arrival. Actually,- was not. Nothing at all. Have to go to reception and insist on our requirements. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN WILL GO THAT PLACE. DOES NOT FORTH MONEY SPEND. CAN ADD LITTLE MORE AND NOT TO HAVE THIS DISAPPOINTMENT.

overall, it is a good hotel to stay for business accomodations.

The spa was excellent. The steam room & sauna was very good.

there was a roof restaurant and there was loud music till 00:30, so it was not comfortable to sleep at that time.

The room is close to the lift and you can hear the bell from lift the whole time

Very good for relaxing.

Breakfast is very good and varied. The spa is separated for sexes, and it is great idea. Hammam relaxing, good price for massage. Several people guarding the hotel in front, for security reasons.

The restaurant is a place for smokers and the air conditioning is on the same system, so the installation smells like an ashtray and cannot be used. It has a really bad small in the room if you put it on.

not too far from the airport and staff were friendly

I couldn’t sleep comfortably at night as the air conditioning was not working. I was very disappointed, I had to moved to a different location and they refused to refund me for the 3 remaining nights out of 5 nights. most of the staffs couldn’t speak English

It was really a nice place. The location was great, 7 mins to the Kayseri airport. They helped me with taxi at midnight and gave us 2 free bottle of water when We were leaving. I’ll definately stay there again

We are satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Room cleanliness and compliance with photos on the Internet at the highest level. The air conditioner in one of our rooms did not work, after several attempts to call the master the problem was not solved. Special thanks to receptionist Hakan.

breakfest was the same every morning, but generally OK.

At winter in 2-leveled room there is too warm at the 2nd level

They serve any kind of omelets as you wish at the breakfast, room was really good for the money, roof restaurant was far beyond our expectations, staff were really friendly and helpful, thank you for good service.

Breakfast quality was not so good except omelets, lots of cheap products to make open buffet seem rich. I couldn't say that rooms were soundproof, really thin walls, when a mobile phone ring at the next room, we were able to hear the vibration and check our own phones to understand that its not ours ringing.

I don’t recommend this hotel for more than one night stay.

Friendly staff. Even though it was hard to talk in English, the staff really tries to solve your issues and helps in any possible way Huge comfortable bed

Cold room floor. Maybe it is related to the season (January). But still Bad laundry experience. The hotel laundry closes at the evening, but most of the visitors are actually came to the ski resort. Which means that after skiing at the evening you need to wash all your sport clothes. I had to order another laundry to wash my stuff all the time. Bad restaurant experience. One day the restaurant was almost full, but there was only one waiter. I had to wait for 20 minutes to make an order, but the waiter was not able to find a time for me, even though I asked him twice. I had to order a food from another place. Very bad WiFi. You can use it only for chatting Cold and very poor breakfast. And coffee is not included, you have to pay for it. Although I didn’t pay, because the staff forgot to bring it to me. No minibar. There’s a fridge, but it is always empty. Not sure if this is a common thing. In other hotels I booked before it was always full.
